C++

Computer does the program 1 statement at a time.
You must know what each and every token and character means.
Syntax is important, all syntax must be correct.
All parenthasis, braces, and brackets must be properly nested and matched.  ( ) , { }, [ ].
All Quotes must be matched.  "      " .

1)  Declaration Statements - Make space for our variables
       int   - integer value, a whole number.
       float  -  real numbers, Numbers with a fractional part
       char  -  Character data, can be letters or numbers.

     Examples
      int a, b;
       float x;
       char grade;
       char name[20];

2)  Assignment  - Calculations on the left hand side, answer is placed in variable on the right hand side.

     Examples:
        x = y;
        a = b  * c;

3) Input/Output - Read in values and print out values.

     Examples:
       cin>>x;
       cin>>x>>y>>z;

        cout<<x<<y;
        cout<<"Hello";

4) Decision Statements -  Make a decision between 2 things.
     Example:
      if ( score >= 70)
     {
            cout <<"Passed";
      } else
      {
             cout<<"Failed";
      }

 5) Repetion Statements - Repeat something zero or more times.
       While or For
      Example:
              a=0;                                         for (i=0<; a<4; ++i)
               while ( a < 4 )                          { cout <<a;
               {   cout <<a;                             }
                     ++a;
               }
